Amazon Gaming Guide
In a proactive effort, I set out to create an online gaming experience, unique to Amazon and designed to serve passionate game fans and casual browsers alike. The Amazon Gaming Guide (AGG) brought together influencer personalities, gaming recommendations, video content, and hardware setups into a cohesive, curated shopping experience.
Each AGG sponsor was paired with a gaming influencer for a gameplay video and shop-the-look game room setup with brand integration. Customers shopped hero products for each brand, as well as curated gaming titles.
The first iteration of AGG served 5 advertisers and featured 4 monthly updates. The experience saw strong performance and consideration lift for participating brands, laying the groundwork for a second wave in 2021 and a partnership between Twitch and Amazon advertising teams. This platform is still used to this day.
